Top-level professionals from companies in the Galician automotive and mobility industry met at a workshop organised by CEAGA (Galician automotive and mobility Cluster) to offer sector leaders a practical and multidisciplinary vision that allows them to anticipate and respond effectively to the challenges of the environment, strengthening their competitiveness through strategic analysis and the intelligent use of legal and financial resources.

The “Business Resilience” workshop, given by the leading consultancy firm Deloitte, dealt with topics of great interest for the competitiveness of companies in the sector, such as the importance of financial planning; intelligent funding; and legal and financial keys for managing complex situations. In addition, a successful case of business refinancing was analysed.

The last part of the day, which was opened by the President of CEAGA, Patricia Moreira, focused on a structured group work dynamic so that the companies could share their problems and needs in the financial field. The objectives were: to work together, share knowledge, identify common strategies and convey the position and needs of the cluster to the Galician government.
