In just two weeks, the conference “Trends, Innovations and Challenges in the Aviation Industry – Operation of Airports and Terminals in the Silesian Region” will take place.

Vocational Competence Center SkyPort (Zakład Doskonalenia Zawodowego), Krasińskiego 2, Katowice
DAY ONE – Key topics of discussion:
- Qualifications and competencies in the aviation sector – operation of airports and terminals
- Research on the demand for professions and skills in aviation
- Training and education of aviation personnel to meet labor market needs
- Challenges related to the operation of both small and large airports
- National and international achievements of students in aviation-related fields
DAY TWO – Focus and activities:
The central theme will be the role of the Vocational Competence Center (BCU SkyPort) in the Polish education system. Participants will also have the opportunity to take part in hands-on workshops and a guided tour of BCU SkyPort in Katowice.
