Description
The European Commission will take part in the Rebuild Ukraine Fair on 13–14 November 2025 in Warsaw, Poland. The Fair is the largest international business event dedicated to Ukraine’s recovery, expected to attract over 5,000 participants.
As part of its presence, the Commission will organise the second EU–Ukraine Investment Conference, featuring workshops for EU and Ukrainian businesses, alongside information sessions at the EU stand. Different Commission services will also be available to provide guidance on working with Ukrainian businesses, investing in Ukraine, and related opportunities.
Participants can also benefit from the Rebuild Ukraine Matchmaking Platform, a tool supported by the Enterprise Europe Network in collaboration with EU and Ukrainian clusters, and backed by the Commission. The platform will facilitate both on-site meetings (13–14 November at the Commission stand) and online meetings (13–25 November 2025).
Matchmaking will cover key sectors such as construction, renewable energy, energy efficiency, healthcare, agri-food, ICT, transport and logistics, and dual-use technologies. Participation is free of charge, please note that on-site participation requires a valid fair entrance ticket.
