• Customized one-on-one support/hands on support, including IP management until an agreement is reached with an Indian stakeholder (pilot projects, deployment and/or partnership agreements).
The objective of the India IP SME Helpdesk is to contribute to the Internationalization of EU SMEs by providing them with expert advice on how to protect and enforce their IP in India. The service focuses on EU SMEs already doing business in India, as well as those potentially interested in establishing ventures in India.
The India IP SME Helpdesk supports small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) from the European Union (EU) and Single Market Program (SMP) associated countries to both protect and enforce their Intellectual Property (IP) rights in or relating to India by providing free information and services. These comprise jargon-free, first-line, confidential advice on intellectual property and related issues, as well as training, materials and online resources.
