Launch of the European Cluster Alliance for Green Manufacturing
The European Cluster Alliance for Green Manufacturing was officially launched on 11th of September in Latvia at Startup House Riga when 6 of the members were gathered for the kick-off meeting of their new project GENESIS. This meeting was the opportunity to present the Alliance to potential new members and organize the next steps of its deployment.
The founding members are: CIMES (France), Pôle EMC2 (France), Pôle MecaTech (Belgium), EVOLUMA (Poland), POOL-NET (Portugal), Clust-er MECH (Italy), Green Tech Cluster Latvia (Latvia).
The purpose of the Alliance is to bring together European industrial clusters into a dynamic and collaborative platform and become a driving force in the green and digital transformation of European industry. To deal with this ambition, severeal objectives were fixed by the partners:

➡️ Support to SMEs
➡️ Policy Contribution
In November, all the partners will gather once again in Finland to validate the Partnership Agreement. This important step will open the possibility to new members to join the Alliance and work with us on the Green Manufacturing topics.
