E-BOOST consortium is organizing a mission to the E-BOOST Investors & Sponsors Day (9th-10th April 2025), back-to-back to the Drive Forward conference in Helmond, Netherlands.
On the 9th of April, E-BOOST beneficiaries are welcomed to the 2nd day of the Drive Forward conference, which is dedicated to decarbonization. The 10th of April is dedicated to our E-BOOST Investors & Sponsors Day.

Drive Forward, formerly known as Automotive Week, is an (inter)national multi-day conference focused on innovations in automotive mobility. Taking place from April 8th to 9th, 2025, at the Automotive Campus Helmond in the heart of Brainport Eindhoven, this biennial event showcases cutting-edge advancements that ensure Europe’s leadership in the automotive industry. The event brings toghether European visionaries, industry leaders, policymakers, and researchers for a unique opportunity to explore the future of mobility through:

E-BOOST Investors and Sponsors Day
In the morning, E-BOOST beneficiaries will have the opportunity to pitch their products and services in front of investors and buyers coming from across Europe. In the afternoon, beneficiaries and investors will benefit from a guided tour of the TNO powertrain test center, situated within the Automotive Campus in Helmond. This advanced facility provides comprehensive testing services for diverse powertrain technologies, including batteries, engines, fuel cells, and complete vehicle systems. Following the tour, the participants will convene a workshop to initiate discussions on potential collaborations. The workshop will focus on identifying how the TNO powertrain test center can effectively support the e-mobility SMEs in achieving their future objectives.
The day closes with a networking cocktail.
The lump sum is aimed at contributing to the following costs incurred by beneficiaries for participating to the mission:
- Travel costs: transportation (flight, train, mileage or similar) to arrive at and return from the venue of the event (national or international event)
- Accommodation, meals and other personal allowance to participate: is eligible only expenses spent for days included in the official agenda.
- Registration fees: access to the Drive Forward conference
Please note that costs for which applicants can ask reimbursement must be born after the submission of the application.
Criteria to determine the amount of the financial support: Successful applicants shall receive the fixed financial contribution in the form of a lump sum (€ 1 500).
