Participants will work in small groups using tools such as:
- Ecosystem Mapping
- Value Mapping Tool
- Business Model Canvas
Each group will explore how clusters can better support SMEs and startups through a real-life case study.
11:15–12:00 | Plenary Discussion and Wrap-up
