Expand Your Global Reach: Apply Now for the 2025 ECCP International Matchmaking Events
The European Cluster Collaboration Platform (ECCP), on behalf of the European Commission, is pleased to launch the Calls for Expression of Interest for its upcoming 2025 international matchmaking events. These missions offer European cluster organisations and SMEs valuable opportunities to explore new markets, forge global partnerships, and accelerate innovation through targeted B2B, C2B and C2C cooperation.
Taking place in strategic international locations, each event is carefully curated to align with Europe’s green and digital transition priorities, while promoting transnational collaboration in key industrial ecosystems.
Four destinations, one objective: global cooperation
Cluster and SME representatives are invited to apply for one or more of the following ECCP-organised missions:
EU–UAE Matchmaking Event
📍 Dubai, United Arab Emirates
📅 1–3 October 2025
Held in the context of the WETEX 2025 exhibition, this event explores cooperation in renewable energy, energy efficiency, smart cities, green mobility, and agrifood innovation. The agenda includes thematic sessions, site visits, and the possibility to attend the World Green Economy Summit (tbc).

EU–Taiwan Matchmaking Event
📍 Taipei, Taiwan
📅 21–23 October 2025
Coinciding with TAITRONICS, AIoT Taiwan, and European Innovation Week, this mission focuses on AI, smart automation, semiconductors, circular economy, and industrial IoT.

EU–India Matchmaking Event
📍 New Delhi & Greater Noida, India
📅 29–31 October 2025
Organised alongside the Renewable Energy India Expo, this mission targets partnerships in clean energy, smart grids, e-mobility, and green finance.

EU–Vietnam Matchmaking Event
📍 Hanoi, Vietnam
📅 4–6 November 2025
Organised with the CCI France Vietnam and Enterprise Europe Network, this mission is embedded in the Vietnam Industrial & Manufacturing Fair, promoting cooperation in clean tech, robotics, digitalisation, and logistics.

Who should apply?
These calls target cluster organisations and SMEs from the EU and countries participating in the Single Market Programme (SMP)/COSME Strand, active in sectors aligned with the missions’ focus areas.
